I love this era of Neil and the Horse. Broken Arrow is a great album and man I would have killed at the time to see one of those Princeton Landing shows. There are so many legendary figures that have been in the Neil universe (especially to those who have been observing closely over a long period of time) and David Briggs was definitely on of them. I also think parts of Mirror Ball are incredible but it's cool Neil and the Horse went on this mini tour and found family again and held a wake for Briggs. It's amazing that Billy and Ralph are still playing with Neil to this day. More than 50 years! Personally I picked up around around Ragged Glory and Freedom in my early 20's and went backwards for a while as well as being totally immersed in the new stuff. All I have to say is I know I don't personally know Neil but I am going to miss him big time when he's gone. But not yet! There's a lot to do yet Neil. Maybe I'll see him in Omemee one of these days as I live about a 20 minute drive away. There's a big mural in the centre of town of Neil from around 2017. Great review.
